Shipping Policy

Online orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hrs during normal business days. Unless otherwise noted, all products are sent via FedEx and rates calculated are based on real-time charges provided by FedEx.

Warranties

All applicable product warranties are provided by each product's manufacturers.   Myers makes no warranty, expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all implied warranties including the implied warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.  In no event shall Myers be liable to the buyer for any special, indirect, indirect incidental or consequential damages.

Return Policy

To return any item you will need to contact Myers Tire Supply to obtain a Return  Material Authorization (RMA) before shipping product.  We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is visibly defective upon receipt or the return is a result of our error.

If the item is being returned for any other reason, we will accept unused items, with the exception of equipment and special orders, for return within 30 days of the original delivery.  Equipment and certain special orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within10 days of receiving the returned item.

Used items and items that fail to meet the warranty offered by the original manufacturer should generally be returned directly to the manufacturer pursuant to the manufacturers warranty terms.  On occasion, we will facilitate the return of non conforming goods to a manufacturer through our Return Material Authorization system.  In the event we offer to facilitate warranty returns to the original product manufacturer, compensation for the return goods remains subject to inspection of the goods and the manufacturer's original product warranty.  Under no circumstances should any such facilitation be construed as the offering of any additional product warranty by Myers Tire Supply Distribution, Inc.

Credit will only be given if shipped back to MyersTireSupply.com, Inc.
